BRIDGING THE GAP IN MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

Temporary home for individuals facing mental health issues transitioning from inpatient status; partners for over 60 years

FOSTERING HOPE THROUGH HORSES AND HABITS

Supports the mental health of girls and women through equestrian training and The 7 Habits, partner for over 10 years and frequent participant in Day of Caring

STRENGTHENING FAMILIES AND PROVIDING HOPE

Partners for over 30 years and frequent participants in Day of Caring, they provide emergency shelters, parenting classes, therapy, referral hotlines, and respite                                          services to strengthen families in the community

SUICIDE PREVENTION, INTERVENTION, AND POSTVENTION

                                         Connecting student with resources and reducing the stigma around suicide and mental health through conferences and Hope Squads of peers

FINDING FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL SOLUTIONS THROUGH PARTNERSHIP

Provides housing, food, nutrition, education, and support services, longtime partners; sharing one of our buildings, contributing to Community Assessments, and Day of Caring participants

SETTING UP OTHERS FOR SUCCESS

Started through a collaboration between United Way and other community organizations; provides immigration services, job and skills training, translation, and other services

A HAND UP TO HOMEOWNERSHIP

Through their homeownership program and ReStore, they build stability and provide affordable housing to the community

NEIGHBORS SERVING NEIGHBORS

Provides food panties in Spanish Fork, Pleasant Grove, and Saratoga Springs and connects families to other resources

HELPING HANDS TO REPAIR HOMES

Helping low-income homeowners maintain their homes through small repair projects and larger renovations with volunteer assistance and interest-free sweat equity contributions.

SUPPORTING SAFETY AND HEALING

Advocate for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through providing emergency and transitional housing, a hotline, preventative education, support classes, and individual and group therapy

SUPPORTING SELF-REPRESENTATION

                                                 Assisting community members in family law, protective orders, and housing cases through legal advice hotlines, drafting clinics, victim advocacy, and                                                           access to helpful resources

FREE LEGAL AID FOR BASIC NEEDS

Offering no-cost legal aid throughout Utah for individuals unable to afford representation in housing, family safety, and income security matters affecting their basic needs.

ACCESS TO ACUTE MEDICAL CARE

Started by United Way with Intermountain Healthcare, the Health Department, and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, provides free acute medical care for uninsured Utah County residents.
