The Emerging Leaders Society is a vibrant network of young professionals—philanthropists, organizers, tech leaders, and more—ages 25-40, dedicated to making a lasting impact in Utah County. We’re focused on giving back with purpose, building meaningful connections, and creating real, lasting change where it matters most.
Members who donate $17.00 monthly to United Way of Utah County gain access to exclusive events, leadership development opportunities, and hands-on volunteer projects.

In the past year alone, Emerging Leaders contributed over 1,500 volunteer hours, impacting more than 3,000 persons across Utah County through mentoring, Community Center support, and educational programs.
