Thanks to the hundreds of people that made this year’s Sub for Santa a success! We were able to help 2,082 families with 5,801 children, more than we ever have before! Thank you Utah County for LIVING UNITED!
United Way of Utah County Sub for Santa provides gifts for children through sponsors and is designed to foster self-sufficiency by helping applicants learn different ways to manage their time and money.
Sub for Santa applicants attended a workshop and learned about low-cost traditions and budgeting tips. The workshops were held at the Provo City library to promote literacy, and parents were encouraged to give their children library cards as an additional Christmas gift.
Thanks to everyone who reached out this Christmas and participated in the United Way of Utah County Sub for Santa program.
